Leadership and the Sexes: Using Gender Science to Create Success in Business has some insights into the differences between men and women and how that can affect various things in the workplace. A lot of it is, “oh, I can see that” – not that a reaction like that means the book is not worth reading, but it maybe makes it less engaging.
That said, I found it hard to get into – too much justification, much of which started to seem very repetitive. For some reason a lot of the text on the Kindle version was centred, which is annoying and less readable.
In all? Some worthwhile stuff but I think the book is too long and too hard to read. There’s probably a long blog post out there with all the value and less of the fluff. Better to read that instead.
